It also provides a call alert by ringing and flashing for incoming calls, as well as notifying you of missed conversations on certain UC platforms, making it an ideal tool for staying focused during meetings or calls. The presence indicator utilizes different colors to indicate your availability status, with green signaling that you're available and red indicating that you're busy. Depending on your UC platform, there may be additional colors available. It is also equipped with a built-in ringer that offers 8 different ringtones to help you avoid missing important calls and chats, the availability of which depends on your UC platform. Additionally, the free kuandoHUB software allows for the control of multiple UC platforms, manual control of the light, and integration with Microsoft Outlook to automatically display your availability status during meetings.
